Our Story
Unconventional by design
Founded in April 2005 by Aaron and Gayle, Zaucer pairs a love of great pizza with a lifelong love of science fiction. We make our dough daily, grate whole-milk mozzarella fresh, and craft our own sausage, sauces, and dressings — then top it all off with campy 50s/60s sci-fi movies playing daily.
Our goal is to be a little unconventional in everything we do, from the names of our pizzas to the smallest details — giving everyone the freedom to build exactly the personal pizza they want.
