Restaurant Manager - Up to $60,000 per year or $30/hr
Zaucer Pizza is a locallty owned and growing fast casual personal pizza restaurant. We pride oursleves on fast efficient excellent service, with extremely high-quality food and beverages. if you've got 5-10 years of experience in the fast paced food/beverage/hospitality industry we'd love to hear from you.
Qualified candidates will:
- Have a current King County Food Handler's card as well as a MAST card for alcohol sales. If you do not have one, you posess the ability to get one.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in a regional or national chain restaurant working as an assistant manager or restaurant manager.
- Have experience performing daily inventory and purchase requisition.
- Understand basic restaurant budgeting (food/labor/fixed costs).
- Have the ability to manage multiple team members, scheduling, giving direction, providing constuctive feedback and criticism. Performed regular employee reviews in the past.
- Have strong team building though process, and not be afraid to step in and perform any job within the restaurant yourself.
- Be available to work during the week including Fridays and Saturdays.
- Desires growth opportunities, including district/regional operational management.
- Provide solid references from previous jobs.
Compensation:
-Compensation may be salary or hourly depending upon experience.

Restaurant Rush Crew Member - $16-18+/hr depending upon expereince

We pride oursleves on fast efficient excellent service, with extremely high-quality food and beverages. if you've got 3-5 years of experience in the fast paced food/beverage/hospitality industry we'd love to hear from you.
Qualified candidates will:
- Have a current King County Food Handler's card as well as a MAST card for alcohol sales. If you do not have one, you posess the ability to get one.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a local mom and pop, regional, or national chain restaurant working as a crew member.
- Be reliable. Be able to get to work on time with reliable transportation. Be ready to work at the start of your shift.
- Have experience with pizza, burgers, subs, or other similar food item which require prepping and cooking.
- Have experience taking orders from customers via phone or in person at a POS.
- Possess the ability to take direction and learn quickly.
- Operate under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Not afraid to take on jobs or tasks, and not afraid to ask questions.
- Have a service oriented mindset. Customers are our bosses and they're the reason we all have jobs.
- Provide solid references from previous jobs.
Compensation:
- Compensation $16-$18+/hr depending upon your experience.
- In addition to your base you would share in the tip pool, which can be $5/hr additional.
